From the first handshake, you get the impression that he is a man of his word. Shaun has been working in Real Estate in the Manawatu and Hawke’s Bay since 1996.
During Shaun’s Real Estate Career, he has become a member of the 350-Million-dollar club and has sold over 880 properties. He has ranked in the top 5 sales agents for Property Brokers for many years, and has accumulated many National awards over the course of his career.
With an unexpected change in circumstances, Shaun has made the hard decision to hand over the mantle to close associate Avram Deitch. Avram has worked closely with Shaun and his team for the past 18 months and was the ideal fit when it came time to plan how the future would look. Shaun entrusts in Avram his business systems & processes, the loyal team that has supported Shaun for over 10 years, and the extensive database, in order to ensure the business continues to run smoothly and effectively in Shaun’s absence.
