Avram also has two full time assistants; Lynda Jane who assists with customer service and marketing and Michelle Johnson who focuses on matching properties with buyers. Avram works very long hours and is committed to providing both buyers and vendors with honest and reliable information.

Michelle has been working in real estate since returning to New Zealand in 2001 after living abroad for ten years. Michelle has previously worked at Property Brokers as an independent salesperson. As Avram’s sales assistant, Michelle’s focus is on managing our buyer database, keeping buyers in touch with the latest listings, property viewings and assisting with offers and negotiations.
Lynda was born in Napier and has lived in Hawke’s Bay all her life. Lynda has returned to Property Brokers in 2010. She has more than 17 years administration experience which includes 8 years as Rural Secretary for Property Brokers. Lynda assists Avram with the marketing of properties, liaising with vendors, helping buyers, the management of some of the day to day administration.
