This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Another steady week, another couple of confirmed sales with some very happy vendors and purchasers ready and able to pursue their new plans. Our team have been busy with property appraisals over the past weeks which bodes very well for fresh new listings coming to the market in the latter months of 2025. Although the daylight hours are still short and it is the middle of winter, newborn lambs and a few daffodil bulbs are starting to appear which always brings the feel-good factor! Our residential teams are reporting their levels of buyer activity being similar to those of a spring market. This is always a good sign, as residential vendors often move into the lifestyle market as buyers, increasing competition and helping propel further activity across all price brackets.

For now, the lifestyle market activity is steady, prices are holding well, and vendors are keen to meet the market. It's a great time to make those lifestyle plans a reality!
