This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

There seems to be a feeling of confidence in the market as we begin to see more activity across the board.  The people that we are currently working with feel more motivated to make decisions and progress options they are interested in.  Prices are not overly competitive though as there is still some economic uncertainty out there.  It feels like the confidence in making real estate decisions is high but spend is held back by the overall economy and the sense that were not completely out of the woods just yet.  The new stock we are putting into the market offers a wide range of options and I believe covers a lot of what buyers have been after.  There’s good opportunity as the market heats up to secure things as vendors will be focused on getting results before a wave of stock hits the market and things slow down.  It almost feels like the perfect time to buy; good options are on the market, new options coming to market, and price expectations are within reason, so let’s make sure were staying in touch and talking through any needs you might have.
