This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

At the moment there are 159 lifestyle listings across Napier and Hastings with only 18 having launched this month.  Of the 18 this month, only 10 launched in the last 2 weeks, and of those 3 have previously been on the market (so really only 7 new listings in the last 2 weeks).  The reason why these details are important is that there has been a decent lift in activity, and we think it is largely due to a limited number of new options coming to market and buyers getting frustrated.  While frustration may be setting in, the good thing is it also makes vendors more willing to look at and consider a wider range of offers that might be put in front of them.  There are also new buyers still coming to market so in order to secure something before they create a higher level of competition, it could be valuable to try an approach for a property you have been thinking about or considering.  The factors are well lined up for good opportunities to take place and now is a great time to buy, so let me know how we might be able to help.
