This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Not long to go but we are still at it and seeing good activity in the lead up to the holiday break.  While inquiry and open home attendance is still light, the consistency of activity across all our listings (mine and the teams) has been really good, so while numbers aren’t high the quality seems to be.  As you would expect, things will be quiet over the holiday period, but we will still be active and open to all inquiry and requests.  The last weekend for open homes will be Sunday the 14th. I will be away from Boxing Day to December 31st then back in the region and available.  We will be back in the office the week of January 12th and will be back scheduling activity and open homes from there.  Of course, if there’s something you have been wanting to see or anything you wanted to discuss, we are here to help so don’t hesitate to make contact.
