This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Officially two weeks until Christmas! It’s that time of year when the market goes very quiet for the next few weeks and most of the business associated with our work (Lawyers, Banks, etc) will begin to shut down for the break.  There are still ways to get things accomplished during that time and while we will be taking some time off with the family, we will be fielding inquiry and interest as it comes in.  There seems to be a good amount of optimism about the New Year, not only from the team, but my sense is that the activity we have been seeing will only increase in the New Year and buyer confidence seems to be growing.  There’s still time to make some purchase decisions before the year comes to a close and while you may be taking some time off if you get a wild hair and want to talk about property, we are here! The break is often a time where people can slow down and really consider their next move and we are here to help!
